Lisa McCann’s dedicated, masterful real estate service is renowned throughout Santa Barbara, California, and Aspen, Colorado. The foremost expert in these coveted beach and mountain communities, Lisa is known for her command of the industry’s most complex deals, as well as her extensive negotiation and regulatory experience.  She also specializes in the challenging probate process. She serves her clients with a deep understanding of the luxury market and empowers them with her unique perspectives.
 
Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Lisa had a decades-long career in the financial industry, where she worked with corporations and high-net-worth individuals. Inspired to get her license when she joined a startup, she found she loved the business. With her commitment to providing high-end service and willingness to go out of her way to help others, it was only a matter of time before she was recognized in the upper echelon of the industry. In 2021, RealTrends, Tom Ferry, and the Wall Street Journal named her among the top 1.5% of 1.6 million licensed agents in the United States.
 
Not only does Lisa live and work in Aspen and Santa Barbara; she also possesses expansive networks and referral bases in both regions that care for her clients with gusto and verve. Contribution and integrity are cornerstones of Lisa’s life and extend beyond her real estate practice. When in Aspen, you’ll find her volunteering with the Humane Society; when in Santa Barbara, she runs the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation’s yoga program, bringing the joys of yoga to students with varying degrees of disability. In both locales, she supports nonprofits and local artists.
 
Grateful to live among the bounty of nature and always up for an adventure, Lisa spends much of her free time hiking, cycling, surfing, swimming, and snowboarding. She also enjoys being on her yoga mat and the antics of her mini Aussie-labradoodle, Tiny Mamba.
