Meet LUKE

Luke has years of deep experience helping to lead and scale some of the nation’s most elite, high-growth real estate teams in the luxury sector. As Director of Sales and Operations, he oversees the people, processes, and culture of the company, with a focus on strategic support operations, training, and development, and recruiting. Prior to joining Amalfi Estates, Luke was Chief Operating Officer and Marketing Director for some of the real estate’s fixtures on the WSJ REAL Trends “The Thousand” list where he executed growth initiatives through coaching, technology, and data. Guided by the philosophy “there is always a better way” Luke approaches every challenge with critical thinking, objectivity, and determination, in the pursuit of helping others achieve their goals, and ultimately strengthening the company’s strategic advantage within the market.

Outside of work, Luke is always challenging himself, whether it’s advancing his business and leadership knowledge or achieving new health and fitness goals, personal growth is a priority. He remains an avid traveler with the Greek Islands and the Italian coast being among his favorite places to visit.
